For a 3-game guarantee, a shortfall of one game results in a $150 credit/refund, two games result in a $300 credit/refund, and no games played results in a full refund. For a 4-game guarantee, one missed game provides a $100 credit/refund, two missed games offer a $200 credit/refund, three missed games yield a 75% credit/refund, and no games played ensures a full refund. All event credits must be utilized by July 31st of the following season, after which they will expire and revert to Nevada Baseball Tournaments.
