Northern California’s challenges aren’t new: poverty, homelessness, crime, obesity and lack of parental involvement.  We address these challenges that threaten the future of our youngest and most vulnerable community members.

E Center, a local 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit is committed to building healthy communities through education, employment, and environmental awareness. Our services strengthen families which positively impacts communities now and in the future. The ultimate outcome is for participants to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.
