Owens Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89030, we are relocating to 1450 N. Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 in late summer 2023. Our comprehensive services cater to the unique needs of homeless individuals, including family medicine, preventive health, women's health, chronic disease management, case management, pharmacy services, health education, outreach, street medicine, immunizations, and telemedicine. Our dedicated outreach team provides essential case management, referrals, transportation to medical appointments, and in-kind services to the homeless population.
