Closing

As you approach the closing process, you will receive an initial Closing Disclosure (CD) at least three days before the scheduled closing date. This document outlines all the settlement costs related to your loan. After signing the CD and waiting for the mandatory three-day period, you can proceed to close on your loan.

During the closing meeting, you will meet with the title company to formally sign all the necessary legal documents that solidify the terms and conditions of your mortgage agreement. This step finalizes the process, making you an official homeowner.
