In accordance with federal and state law, TPS is responsible for identifying, locating and evaluating all children ages 3-21 residing within its district who are suspected of an educational disability. This obligation is called Child Find. Child Find is required by The Individual's with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and by The Operating Standards for Ohio Educational Agencies serving Children with Disabilities.
