The Adair County Health Department and Home Health Agency have been proudly serving Home Health clients in Adair County for the past 25 years. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aide services for our clients that are individualized to their needs and ordered by a physician. Our agency is licensed by the State of Missouri Bureau of Home Care and Rehabilitative Standards and Certified as a Medicare provider. We serve clients residing in Adair County and northern Macon County.
