This is the hospice care you’ll hear about the most. In-home care is medical and nursing care from a registered nurse (sometimes called ‘case manager’) wherever the patient calls home. That can be their long-time residence or a nursing home, an assisted living or another facility like a personal care home. Please note, that some patients choose to go to one of our hospice houses.
