The Bigs in Blue/Bigs with Badges program is a national initiative that is focused on building relationships between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. Police officers and civilian staff (Bigs) spend one-on-one mentoring time with a child (Littles) at their school one hour per week or 8 hours a month in the community.
