Instagram and Facebook delete ads for abortion pills
Almost immediately, Facebook and Instagram began deleting some of those posts, as millions of people in the United States sought clarification on abortion access. General mentions of abortion pills, as well as posts mentioning specific versions such as mifepristone and misoprostol, spiked Friday morning on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and television coverage, according to an analysis by media intelligence firm Zignal Labs.
