his program is for adults and offers training in daily living skills to help each person reach their full potential in life. Some of the skills we teach include safety skills, personal hygiene, fitness, computer skills, social skills, and much more. We also facilitate many trips in the community. (This is the best place to be during the day - learning while having a great time!)
Family Partners LLC provides a safe and nurturing environment where each person served will have an Individualized Support Plan (ISP) to assist them in reaching their goals and full potential. Program hours are from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are ready to meet some new friends, please call the main office at 602-997-8300.
