Environmental Due Diligence is the collection and assessment of data relative to environmental conditions or impacts prior to a transaction to identify and quantify environment-related financial, legal, and reputational risks. LCG associates are experienced in conducting reviews of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) records in the course of conducting Preliminary Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and more. LCG completes "All Appropriate Inquiry" which is the process of evaluating a property's environmental conditions and assessing potential liability or any contamination.
