Astym

The Astym system is an evidence-based, non-invasive manual soft tissue mobilization therapy that stimulates the bodys regenerative healing process. The goal of Astym treatment is to encourage healing along the entire kinetic chain, while regenerating tissue.

Our Astym certified therapists use a specially designed protocol of strokes along the entire limb, instead of spot treating, to identify areas of dysfunction and stimulate rebuilding of healthy tissue. Maximal results are usually achieved in 10 sessions.
