MANNA HOUSE ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES

To receive any form of assistance from Manna House, the following guidelines must be followed.

• The bill must be in the name of the person requesting assistance.
• You must have a photo I.D.
• You must provide verification of income, for the entire household, on every visit.
• You must provide verification of residence on every visit.
• You must live within the 76065 zip code or within the MISD boundary.
• You must complete an application once per year, or any time there are any changes to your information that might affect your decision.
• You may be asked to provide written verification on any or all of the information Manna obtains during your pre-qualifying interview.
