At over 8,000 square feet, The Rifle Heritage Center and Museum are the largest of their kind in Garfield County. The museum is housed in a historic two-story building that was built in 1952. Everyone has their own speed with which they like to partake in our exhibits, but a two-hour time frame is a good estimate. Tours can be self-guided, or if you would like, a volunteer would be happy to walk along with you to answer questions and give a more personal feel to your tour.
