Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) provides transportation services to patients who encounter challenges with transportation. Patients must live within a 12-mile radius of the CAHN location for their appointment. We provide transportation from your home to your doctors appointment regardless of the insurance you carry. We provide transportation to all patients as requested.
