Phase I

Will provide an exhaustive view of a piece of real property with regards to its past and present environmental conditions and property usage. This report is in an easily understandable format, which may include recommendations for further assessments.

Phase II

These projects usually consist of collecting shallow soil samples, which are screened for contaminants to determine if there is a severe environmental problem at a property. Our extensive experience allows us to design a scope of work that minimizes costs but still provides enough data to make good business decisions before, during, and after real estate transactions.
