Let one of our loan officers know how much you need to borrow and why. They will let you know the best way we can meet your needs and what your payment schedule will be.
Complete a loan application and supply any other paperwork the loan officer requests.
Your loan may be approved by either the Loan Committee or the loan officer depending on the type of loan you are requesting and the dollar amount. Upon approval of your request, your funds will be available at your convenience with the exception of those loans which involve real estate. Real Estate funds are disbursed only after the title company has completed a title search and recorded our lien on the property involved.
If your loan request is denied by the Loan Committee, you will be advised in writing.
