Topographic

Accurately locate the following, which are critical to the successful design and construction of any project: building/structures, utilities, paved areas, ditches and vegetation.

ALTA

Examining title documents and researching public property data such as deeds, plats, easements and public right-of-way documents to assist in the determination of boundary lines.

Construction Stakeout

Portraying a finite experience for a wide variety of projects, including: buildings/structures, utilities, roadways, storm water management facilities, sediment and erosion control measures, grading, curbs, sidewalks, paving and other ancillary layout items.

Subdivision

Dividing land into smaller parcels and showing monumentation and survey data on a map, in conformance with local ordinances.

Control

Using the latest in both conventional and GPS survey equipment giving us the ability to provide the data required for the support or control of subordinate surveys or maps.
