Wildflower...what is it?

It's an extraordinary and tantalizing specialty spirit made from 100% corn, distilled with rose and chamomile flowers, and aged to absolute perfection in an ex-sherry cask. The unique recipe lends itself to the name, Wildflower, as an ode to those who color outside the lines, blaze their own trail and are a little wild at heart. The end result is a spirit that captures the senses with its rich amber color, sweet dried fruit and honey top notes, and subtle earthy, and faintly floral aftertaste. Each bottle is also completely unique, belonging to a single barrel release. Our barrels of Wildflower is not blended before or after aging and each barrel may slightly differ from the next.
