Residential programs at TCRC provide a homelike environment and 24 hours day supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
The CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) program promotes independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency, and community integration. TCRC operates the Arlington, Parkway, and Quail Hollow CILAs in Pekin. The Bloomington Road, Cottonwood, and Pleasant Hill CILAs are located in East Peoria. An average of 6 residents lives in each home.
