The Service Line Warranties program is a legitimate program endorsed by the Green Valley Council. Since the program was launched in 2015, it has been taken over by AARP HomeServe. The Service Line Warranty Program is still underwriting the Green Valley Council Program and AARP letters to community members which do not have the GVC letterhead or president’s signature should be discarded. The information presented below is intended to clarify the role of the Council and current warranty program.
