Brooke has been passionate about fitness for over 20 years, helping people feel strong, confident, and energized. She has taught group fitness and personal training at top gyms across North America, including Equinox, Crunch, Gold’s Gym, and more. With certifications in personal training, yoga, spin, dance, kickboxing, and nutrition, Brooke brings a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. She also teaches Kundalini Yoga online every Tuesday, offering a peaceful way to connect mind, body, and soul. Committed to giving back, she leads yoga classes for women in crisis at Friendly House in Los Angeles. Brooke loves sharing her knowledge and is always open to new opportunities!
