Help with a Federal Agency

Representative Judy Chu is committed to ensuring that the federal government serves the constituents of the 28th Congressional District effectively. Her office provides assistance with issues related to federal agencies, helping to resolve individual concerns by facilitating communication and seeking timely solutions. While the office cannot change agency decisions, it can intervene to secure fair responses and necessary information. Constituents must submit a Privacy Release Form to initiate support, after which a dedicated caseworker will manage their case and provide updates on progress. Note that judicial matters and state agency issues are outside the scope of this service.
